A training program titled "Digital Dentistry: Future Development and Effects of Technological Applications and Interactive Learning Techniques" was held within the scope of the "2237-A Scientific Education Activities Support Program" carried out by TÜBİTAK Scientist Support Programs Directorate (BİDEB).

The event of the project in partnership with ÇOMÜ, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University and Ankara University was held on 14-16 February 2024 at ÇOMÜ Engineering Faculty Turgut Özal Conference Hall.

Dr. At the event of the project to which Tülay Dargut Güler contributed on behalf of our university as the project manager, Dean Prof. Dr. Interest Tosun said the following in his opening speech:

With the technology-oriented lifestyle that develops in the 21st century, the change and development of professional practices and education have become our main topic. It was an exciting process for us to organize a training event on this subject for our young people who will shape our future. I would like to thank our organizing committee, scientific committee and valuable educators who contributed to the realization of this meeting, where every aspect of technological applications in dentistry will be discussed and knowledge and experiences will be shared, and I hope it will be beneficial to all participants. I would also like to thank our Rectorate for always supporting us and ÇOMÜ Faculty of Engineering for hosting us.

Dean Prof. Dr. Interest Tosun presented a plaque reflecting the "Çanakkale spirit" in memory of the day to ÇOMÜ Rector R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu and the participants who contributed to the education.
