ÇOMÜ Rector Prof. Dr. With the participation of R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu and ÇOMÜ Research Dean Assoc. Dr. "Information Meeting on TÜBİTAK and TÜSEB Projects" was held with the presentation of Sercan Karav.

Academic staff of our Faculty attended the meeting held in the Avicenna Conference Hall.

Rector Prof. Dr. R. Cüneyt Erenoğlu, in his speech before the meeting, said: “We need to make our research university declaration as soon as possible. For this purpose, we especially monitor the projects, publications, activities and our faculty that will be subject to the index. There is a significant increase in the number of projects offered in our faculty. At this point, I would like to thank my Dean and each of you individually. There is a huge increase in publications, especially in the last year. We openly present this to our other faculties in meetings, senates and boards of directors, citing it as an example of good practice. I hope you will continue to give us data so that we can make positive discrimination for you. "Even though our budget has been cut by 40 percent under the name of savings measures, we will continue to transfer all resources to working departments and working academics as much as we can."

After the speech, Research Dean Assoc. Dr. Sercan Karav gave information about TÜBİTAK and TÜSEB Projects and stated that the academic studies carried out by our Faculty contribute to the success of our University in terms of quality.
